摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是以心脏收缩或舒张障碍为特征的心脏疾病,是严重危害人类健康的心血管危重症之一。交感神经、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统及利钠肽系统等神经内分泌调控系统失调在慢性心力衰竭发生、发展中发挥了重要作用。本文对6类神经内分泌调控药物在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的最新进展作一综述。Chronic heart failure is a clinical syndrome characterized by systolic or diastolic dysfunction,which is still one of the critical cardiovascular diseases that seriously endanger human health.Neuroendocrine dysfunction of sympathetic nervous system,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and natriuretic peptide system play an important role in the occurrence and development of chronic heart failure.In view of this,this article reviewed the latest progress of six classes of neuroendocrine regulatory drugs for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
