摘　　要：糖尿病(DM)妊娠对母体和胎儿有较大危害,而孕妇的生活方式及药物干预能够改善DM妊娠对胎儿及母体结局的影响。本文综述DM妊娠对胎儿、母体造成的常见危害,以及孕妇合理饮食、孕期锻炼、产前泌乳、血糖监测、胰岛素、口服降糖药等干预方式。Diabetes mellitus(DM)pregnancy is harmful to the mother and fetus,and the lifestyle of pregnant women and drug intervention can improve the impact of outcomes of DM pregnancy to the fetus and mother.This paper summarizes the common hazards of DM pregnancy to fetus and mother,and the intervention methods of reasonable diet,exercise during pregnancy,prenatal lactation,blood sugar monitoring,insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs.
