摘 要:代谢性炎症是一种由糖脂代谢异常导致机体能量过剩所触发的慢性炎症状态,代谢炎症综合征则是一组由巨噬细胞所参与的代谢性炎症性疾病的症候群。而冠心病本质就是一种脂代谢驱动的慢性炎症性疾病。代谢性炎症机制在近年来研究中取得巨大进展,为临床治疗冠心病提供了新的靶点,为冠心病的治疗提供新思路、药物研发提供新机制。Metabolic inflammation is a chronic inflammatory state triggered by excess energy caused by abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.And metabolic inflammatory syndrome is a group of metabolic inflammatory diseases with the participation of macrophages.Coronary heart disease is essentially a chronic inflammatory disease driven by lipid metabolism.The mechanism of metabolic inflammation has made great progress in recent years,which provides new targets for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.This paper reviews the roles of metabolic inflammation in coronary heart disease,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of coronary heart disease and new mechanisms for drug research and development.
