摘 要:目的:了解安徽省社区居民睡眠状况及其影响因素。方法:2021年1月至4月,采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取大学生1000人,再通过滚雪球抽样的方式选取安徽居民2072人,合计3072例调查对象。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评定睡眠质量,采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析居民睡眠质量的影响因素,采用Pearson相关分析PSQI量表各维度得分与社会支持的相关性。结果:3072位居民睡眠质量平均分为(3.19±2.69)分,有221(7.19%)人存在睡眠障碍问题。Logistic回归结果显示,婚姻状况(参照:已婚,离异OR=3.053,95%CI:1.411~6.604)、性格(参照:外向,内向OR=1.683,95%CI:1.098~2.581)、体育锻炼频率(参照:从不,每周1~4次OR=0.499,95%CI:0.346~0.721;每周5次及以上OR=0.324,95%CI:0.163~0.642)是居民睡眠质量的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,主观支持与睡眠效率呈正相关;客观支持与主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠干扰因素、日间功能障碍和PSQI总分呈负相关,与睡眠效率呈正相关;支持利用度与主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠干扰因素、服用催眠药物、日间功能障碍和PSQI总分呈负相关;社会支持总分与主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间呈负相关,与睡眠效率呈正相关。结论:居民平时应保持轻松心态,养成健康的生活习惯,提倡良好的生活方式,增强群体的社会支持,有针对性地采取综合干预策略以促进居民的睡眠健康。Objective:To investigate the sleep status and its influencing factors of community residents in Anhui Province.Methods:From Jan 2021 to Apr 2021,1000 college students were selected by stratified cluster sampling method,and 2072 Anhui residents were selected by snowball sampling method,with a total of 3072 subjects.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate sleep quality.Multivariable logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality of residents,and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between PSQI scores and social support.Results:Among the 3072 residents,the average score of sleep quality was(3.19±2.69),and 221(7.19%)had sleep disorders.Logistic regression results showed that marital status(reference:married,divorced:OR=3.053,95%CI:1.411-6.604),personality(reference:extroversion,introversion:OR=1.683,95%CI:1.098-2.581),and physical exercise frequency(reference:never,1-4 times per week:OR=0.499,95%CI:0.346-0.721;≥5 times per week:OR=0.324,95%CI:0.163-0.642)were influencing factors of residents'sleep quality(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that subjective support was positively correlated with sleep efficiency.Objective support was negatively correlated with subjective sleep quality,sleep duration,sleep disturbance factors,daytime dysfunction and PSQI total score,but positively correlated with sleep efficiency.Support utilization was negatively correlated with subjective sleep quality,sleep duration,sleep disturbance factors,hypnotic drug use,daytime dysfunction and PSQI total score.The total score of social support was negatively correlated with subjective sleep quality and sleep duration,and positively correlated with sleep efficiency.Conclusions:Residents should maintain a relaxed attitude,develop healthy living habits,advocate a good lifestyle,enhance social support of the group.And targeted comprehensive intervention strategies should be taken to promote sleep health of residents.
