中西医联合治疗儿童变应性鼻炎疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统性评价中西医联合治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法:通过关键词检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane、CBM(中国生物医学文献数据库)、CNKI(中国知网数据库)、VIP(维普数据库)、WanFang(万方数据库)等中外数据库,查阅中西医联合治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的随机对照试验,检索时限为2011年1月1日至2021年10月31日,运用Stata 16.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入18项随机对照试验,共计1865例患者,其中治疗组938例,对照组927例。Meta分析结果显示:中西医联合治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的总有效率提高15%(RD=0.15,95%CI:0.12~0.19,P<0.05),以及改善鼻塞、流涕方面均优于单纯西药(P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合治疗能有效提高儿童变应性鼻炎的临床治疗效果。Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:PubMed,Embase,Cochrane,CBM(Chinese BioMedical Literature Database),CNKI database,VIP database,and WanFang databases were searched for randomized controlled trials of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.The retrieval period was from Jan 1,2011 to Oct 31,2021.Meta-analysis was conducted using Stata 16.0 software.Results:A total of 18 randomized-controlled trials involving 1865 patients were included,with 938 cases in the experimental group(treated with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine)and 927 cases in the control group(treated with Western medicine).Results of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis was 15%higher than that in the control group(RD=0.15,95%CI:0.12-0.19,P<0.05).And the improvement of nasal congestion and runny nose in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical effect of allergic rhinitis in children.
