慢性肾功能衰竭患者自尊水平及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者自尊水平的影响因素。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的78例CRF患者,采用自尊量表(SES)评分评估所有患者的自尊水平,比较不同特征CRF患者的SES评分,采用多元线性回归分析影响CRF患者自尊水平的因素。结果:78例CRF患者的SES评分为(25.18±4.06)分;不同受教育程度、年龄、自我效能及社会支持CRF患者的SES评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他不同特征CRF患者的SES评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄小、受教育程度低、自我效能低下及社会支持低下均是影响CRF患者自尊水平的因素(P<0.05)。结论:CRF患者存在中低自尊水平,年龄小、受教育程度低、自我效能低下及社会支持低下均是CRF患者自尊水平的影响因素。Objective:To investigate the influence factors of self-esteem in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:A total of 78 patients with CRF admitted to our hospital from Jan 2021 to Jan 2022 were selected.Self-esteem scale(SES)was used to evaluate the self-esteem of all patients.SES scores of CRF patients with different characteristics were compared,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the self-esteem of CRF patients.Results:SES score of 78 patients with CRF was(25.18±4.06).The SES scores of CRF patients with different education level,age,self-efficacy and social support were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that young age,low education level,low self-efficacy and low social support were risk factors affecting the self-esteem of patients with CRF(P<0.05).Conclusions:Patients with CRF have moderate and low self-esteem.Young age,low education level,low self-efficacy and low social support are risk factors affecting the self-esteem level of patients with CRF.
