摘　　要：目的:探讨双侧前庭病患者在前庭康复治疗后的疗效。方法:选择2020年2月至2022年5月至辽宁中医药大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉头颈科眩晕诊疗中心检查、诊断为双侧前庭病并进行前庭康复治疗的患者共60例,全部患者均进行4周前庭康复训练。比较康复治疗前后冷热气试验、视频头脉冲试验、静态平衡仪的数据及眩晕残障程度评定量表(Dizziness Handicap Inventory,DHI)评分。结果:治疗前后冷热气试验左右侧眼震高峰慢相速度之和、视频头脉冲试验左右水平半规管增益、静态平衡仪Romberg率(即闭眼与睁眼测试时姿势图面积的比值R_(ENV)、长度的比值R_(LNG))以及治疗前后DHI评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前庭康复治疗对双侧前庭病患者有确切的疗效。Objective:To investigate the effect of vestibular rehabilitation treatment in patients with bilateral vestibulopathy(BVP).Methods:A total of 60 patients with BVP treated in our hospital from Feb 2020 to May 2022 were enrolled.All patients received vestibular rehabilitation training for 4 weeks.The data of air caloric test,video head impulse test(vHIT),balance function test and Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)score were analyzed before and after vestibular rehabilitation.Results:After vestibular rehabilitation,the sum of left and right side maximum slow phase angular velocity in air caloric test,and VOR gain on left and right side in vHIT were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).And balance function test showed that the area ratio and length ratio of statokinesigram were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The score of each dimension of DHI and its total score were also lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vestibular rehabilitation has obvious effect on patients with BVP.
