泛粤港澳大湾区制造业数字化生产效率时空分异及驱动力研究

摘　　要：泛粤港澳大湾区是中国区域重大战略与区域协调发展战略的重要叠加区,定量评估该区域制造业数字化生产效率的时空特征及发展驱动力,对深入研究制造业数字化与区域协调发展之间的互动机制具有重要理论与现实意义。采用超效率SBM模型和ESDA分析2010—2019年泛粤港澳大湾区制造业数字化生产效率的时空特征,并借助地理探测器技术进一步研究影响制造业数字化生产效率时空分异的驱动力。结果表明:2010—2019年泛粤港澳大湾区制造业数字化生产效率呈现出逐步下降的趋势;对该区域内不同城市群组团数字化生产效率进行测度,表现为粤港澳大湾区城市组团的制造业数字化生产效率逐步提高,而非粤港澳大湾区城市组团的制造业数字化生产效率逐步下降。泛粤港澳大湾区制造业数字化生产效率在空间结构上呈现出明显的“中心—边缘”特征;在低生产效率边缘区域分布有若干高生产效率节点型城市,表现出显著的“集聚性”和“极化”特征;数字化生产效率较高的城市对周边城市具有正向外部效应。经济发展动力、互联网发展动力、移动互联网发展动力、服务业支撑力和信息技术投入驱动对泛粤港澳大湾区制造业数字化生产效率的解释作用较为显著,驱动力之间的交互作用对数字化生产效率的影响更强,并随着时间的发展呈现出上升趋势。The digital transformation of the world economy is accelerating,the new generation of information technology is accelerating iterative upgrades and integrated applications,and the digital economy is leading all-round changes in production factors,organizational forms,and business models.In order to comply with the trend of digital industrial development in the world,China proposes to vigorously promote industrial digitalization,develop modern supply chains,and improve total factor productivity,especially to accelerate the digital transformation of manufacturing.At present,China has established industrial Internet platforms in many different manufacturing industries and regional fields,and new models such as discrete intelligent manufacturing,process-based intelligent manufacturing,network collaborative manufacturing,large-scale personalized customization,and remote operation and maintenance services have emerged.The Pan-Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important superimposed area of China’s major regional strategies and regional coordinated development strategies.Quantitatively evaluating the spatial-temporal characteristics and development driving forces of the digital production efficiency of the manufacturing industry is helpful for in-depth research on the relationship between manufacturing digitalization and regional coordinated development.The interaction mechanism has important theoretical and practical significance.Using the super-efficiency SBM model and ESDA to analyze the spatio-temporal characteristics of the digital production efficiency of the manufacturing industry in the Pan-Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2010 to 2019,and further study the driving forces affecting the temporal and spatial differentiation of the digital production efficiency of the manufacturing industry with the help of geographical detector technology.The results show that,from 2010 to 2019,the digital production efficiency of the manufacturing industry in the Pan-Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great
