摘 要:为明确温度对益蝽生长发育和繁殖的影响,在室内设置18、20、22、25℃和28℃温度条件,开展了以草地贪夜蛾为食物的益蝽若虫存活率、发育历期以及成虫寿命的研究。结果表明:在18~28℃范围内,益蝽若虫在25℃条件下存活率最高(92.20%),生长速度最快,18℃下存活率最低(49.60%)。28℃条件下,卵发育历期为5.5 d,而18℃条件下,卵发育历期为15.5 d。18℃条件下,益蝽从卵发育至成虫需要85.0 d,而在28℃条件下,益蝽卵发育至成虫只需要29.8 d。22~28℃为益蝽适生温区,在18~28℃条件下,益蝽发育速率随着温度的升高而加快,各虫态的发育历期、成虫寿命均随温度的升高而缩短。在18~28℃内,益蝽各个虫态的发育速率与温度符合线性函数模型。益蝽卵、成虫的发育起点温度分别为14.20℃和13.13℃,有效积温分别为74.90日·度和427.57日·度。在18、20、22、25、28℃条件下,雄虫和雌虫的寿命分别为10.0 d和12.8 d、27.2 d和31.8 d、41.8 d和56.8 d、35.2 d和50.0 d、28.8 d和31.8 d。其中在22℃条件下,雄虫和雌虫寿命最长,分别为41.8 d和56.8 d。该研究结果为益蝽的生长发育和群体饲养提供了科学依据。In order to clarify the effect of temperature on the growth and development of Picromerus lewisi populations,the growth,development and adult lifespan of P.lewisi were measured at 18,20,22,25,and 28℃with Spodoptera frugiperda as food.The results showed that in the test temperature range,the survival rate of nymphs was the highest(92.20%)at 25℃,and the lowest(49.60%)at 18℃.The egg development period was 5.5 days at 28℃,but 15.5 days at 18℃.At 18℃,it took 85.0 days to develop from the egg stage to the adult stage,while it only took 29.8 days at 28℃.22-28℃is the suitable temperature zone for the P.lewisi.Under the condition of 18-28℃,the growth rate of the P.lewisi is accelerated with the increase of temperature,and the developmental period of each stage is shortened with the increase of temperature.Through fitting,the correlation between developmental rate and temperature conformed to the linear function model.Calculated by the direct optimal method,the developmental starting temperatures of the egg stage and egg-adult stage were 14.20 and 13.13℃,respectively,and the effective accumulated temperatures were 74.90 and 427.57 days·degrees.At 18,20,22,25,and 28℃,the lifespans of male and female were 10.0 d and 12.8 d,27.2 d and 31.8 d,41.8 d and 56.8 d,35.2 d and 50.0 d,28.8 d and 31.8 d,respectively.The male and female adult had the longest lifespans(41.8 d and 56.8 d,respectively)at 22℃.The above results provide a scientific basis for the growth and development and group feeding of the P.lewisi.
