摘 要:以苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMOS)和二甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,通过水解缩合反应合成了一种反应性甲基苯基硅树脂(RMPSR)。采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对RMPSR的化学结构进行表征并计算了甲氧基含量,同时对其分子量及分布、黏度、热稳定性和透光率进行了测定。结果表明,当PTMOS与去离子水的物质的量之比为1∶1.25时,合成的反应性甲基苯基硅树脂的甲氧基含量为17.6%,其分子量分布窄,黏度达到140 mPa·s,且热稳定性良好。树脂外观为无色透明状液体,在500~780 nm波长范围内的透光率接近100%。该反应性甲基苯基硅树脂可用于改性丙烯酸树脂和环氧树脂,并作为主体材料制备耐高温涂料、防腐涂料等,具有重要的实际应用价值。A reactive methylphenyl silicone resin(RMPSR)was synthesized by hydrolysis-condensation of phenyltrimethoxysilane(PTMOS)and dimethoxysilane as the raw materials.The chemical structure of RMPSR was characterized by FTIR and 1 H NMR,and the methoxy content was calculated.Moreover,the molecular weight and distribution,viscosity,thermal stability and light transmittance of RMPSR were measured.The results showed that when the ratio of PTMOS to deionized water was 1∶1.25,the methoxy content of the obtained RMPSR was 17.6%,with a narrow molecular weight distribution.Meanwhile,RMPSR possessed a viscosity of 140 mPa·s,and superior thermal stability.In addition,RMPSR appeared as colorless transparent liquid and the light transmittance in the wavelength range of 500-780 nm reached nearly 100%.RMPSR could be applied in the modification of acrylic resin and epoxy resin,and as the main material for the preparation of high-temperature coating,anti-corrosion coating,etc,showing significant values in practical application.
