摘  要:以端羟基硅油、新型602硅烷偶联剂、碱性催化剂等为原料,合成了改性氨基硅油,然后进行乳化,制备出改性氨基硅油乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和核磁共振硅谱表征了改性氨基硅油的结构,并对改性氨基硅油乳液的性能进行了研究。结果表明,与普通氨基硅油乳液相比,改性氨基硅油乳液整理织物的黄变率下降到0.95%,亲水时间提高到13 s,手感相差较小,接近5级,并且改性氨基硅油使用较少量的乳化剂就可以制得稳定的乳液。The modified amino silicone oil was synthesized by hydroxyl-terminated silicone oil,silane coupling agent 602 and alkaline catalyst as the raw materials,and then it was emulsified to prepare the modified amino silicone oil emulsion.The structure of the modified amino silicone oil was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance silicon spectroscopy,and the properties of the modified amino silicone oil emulsion were studied.The results show that compared with the amino silicone oil emulsion,the fabric treated with modified amino silicone oil emulsion showed a decreased yellowing rate 0.95%,and the hydrophilic time increased to 13 s,showing little difference in the hand feel,with a grade close to 5,and a small amount of emulsifier in the modified amino silicone oil can prepare the emulsion with stable property.
