摘  要:分别采用碳化硅、钛酸钡、炭黑等作为高介电常数填料,制备了具有不同介电常数的室温硫化(RTV)防污闪涂料,研究了三种填料对RTV防污闪涂料介电常数、击穿强度、电阻率、力学性能、耐漏电烧蚀性、初始憎水性、导热性等性能的影响。结果表明,碳化硅和钛酸钡可以显著提高RTV涂料的介电常数,但若要使涂料获得较高的介电常数,碳化硅和钛酸钡需大量添加,而大量填料的使用会严重影响涂料的韧性,且碳化硅的大量加入会导致RTV击穿强度的显著降低。添加质量分数为3%的炭黑,可使RTV防污闪涂料具有较高的介电常数和电绝缘性,同时RTV涂料具有满足涂层长期可靠运行的机械性能、憎水性以及耐漏电烧蚀性能,有望使涂覆绝缘子通过耐陡波性能测试。The room temperature vulcanized(RTV)antifouling flashover coatings with different dielectric constants were prepared by silicon carbide,barium titanate and carbon black respectively as high dielectric constant fillers.The effects of the three fillers on the dielectric constant,breakdown strength,mechanical properties,resistance to tracking and erosion,initial hydrophobicity and thermal conductivity of RTV antifouling flashover coatings were studied.The results show that both silicon carbide and barium titanate can significantly improve the dielectric constant of RTV coating.A large amount of silicon carbide and barium titanate endows the coatings has a higher dielectric constant,which significantly affect the toughness of the coating.Meanwhile,a large amount of silicon carbide will lead to a significant reduction in the breakdown strength of RTV.The addition of 3wt%carbon black can improve the dielectric constant and electrical insulation of RTV antifouling flashover coating.RTV coating has reliable long-term operation because of its good mechanical properties,hydrophobicity and resistance to tracking and erosion.The coated insulators is expected to pass the test of steep-front impulse voltage.
