摘　　要：结合低黏度甲基硅油项目中DM2塔顶冷凝器的实际情况,系统开展了其失效分析工作,解析了奥氏体不锈钢硅油冷凝器换热管开裂的原因。为实现设备的长周期稳定运行,提出了包含更换冷却器换热管材质、修改工艺流程、改善循环水水质、在硅油入口处增设防冲挡板等措施在内的优化建议。The failure analysis of the DM2 top condenser in the low viscosity methyl silicone oil project was carried out,and the reason why the cracking of the tube of the austenitic stainless steel silicone oil condenser was analyzed.In order to keep long-term stable operation of the equipment,optimization suggestions have been proposed,including replacing the cooler tube,modifying the process,improving the circulating water,and adding baffles at the silicone oil inlet.
