摘　　要：党的十八大以来,江西革命老区振兴发展取得重大突破,城乡面貌发生了巨大变化,革命老区实现了快速发展,老区人民实现了小康梦。究其根本原因,就在于以习近平同志为核心的党中央对江西老区人民的深情关爱,在于习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的科学指引,在于始终坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念。进一步推进革命老区高质量发展,必须坚定不移提高政治能力,为革命老区发展营造风清气正的政治生态;必须学深悟透党的创新理论,始终坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂;必须始终坚守“人民至上”的政治立场,扎实推动老区人民共同富裕;必须完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局;必须始终传承红色基因,为革命老区发展提供不竭的精神动力。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,great breakthroughs have been made in the revitalization and development of the former revolutionary base areas in Jiangxi,great changes have taken place in urban and rural areas,the former revolutionary base areas have achieved rapid development,and the people in these areas have realized the dream of a moderately high standard of living.The success should be attributed to the love of the people in the former revolutionary base areas from the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,the scientific guide of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and the new philosophy of innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development.In order to further promote the high-quality development of the former revolutionary base areas,we must unswervingly improve the political capacity and create a clean and positive political ecology for the development of these areas;we must learn deeply and get a thorough understanding of the Party’s innovative theory,and always uphold Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to enhance cohesion and forge the Party’s soul;we must always adhere to the political stance of“people first”and firmly promote the common prosperity of the people in these areas;we must fully,accurately and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy and create the new development paradigm;and we must always pass on the red gene and provide inexhaustible spiritual motivation for the development of these areas.
