摘 要:原油集输系统作为油气田地面工程的核心环节,其复杂的生产结构特点增加了高能耗依赖性,如何科学合理地评价其整体用能水平是油气田面临的一个重要问题。综合考虑集输系统燃料消耗量、耗电量、电能利用率、热能利用率等评价指标,构建了原油集输系统用能评价体系,将改进AHP(IAHP)法与熵权法有机融合确定系统评价指标的组合权重,并在传统TOPSIS评价法的基础上,引入灰色关联理论,利用灰色关联相对贴近度对集输系统用能水平进行综合评判。以某油田原油集输系统1—6月份的实测数据为例,通过计算得出集输系统燃料消耗量占比最大,6月份集输系统用能水平最高,其相对贴近度为0.912。应用该方法为更加客观真实地反映集输系统用能水平奠定理论基础。As the core part of oil-gasfield surface engineering,crude oil gathering and transportation system has complex production structure,which increases the dependence of energy consumption.It is an important question faced by oil-gasfield that how to evaluate overall level of applied energy scientifcally and reasonably.Based on a comprehensive consideration of the evaluation indexes such as fuel consumption,power consumption,electric energy utilization rate and thermal energy utilization rate of the gathering and transportation system,the paper constructs the energy consumption evaluation system of the crude oil gathering and transportation system,and organically integrates the improved AHP(IAHP)method and entropy weight method to determine the combination weight of each index,meanwhile,on the basis of the traditional TOPSIS evaluation method,this paper introduces the grey correlation theory to comprehensively evaluate the energy consumption level of the gathering and transportation system by using the relative closeness degree of grey correlation.Taking the measured data of the crude oil gathering and transportation system of an oil field from January to June as an example,it is calculated that the fuel consumption of the gathering and transportation system accounts for the largest proportion,and the energy consumption level of the gathering and transportation system is the highest in June,with a relative closeness of 0.912.The application of this method lays a theoretical foundation for more objectively and truly reflecting the energy consumption level of the gathering and transportation system.
