摘 要:水葫芦作为常见的水生物质,显示出良好的燃烧特性,将其与煤混合燃烧可以将两者的优势互补,改善其燃烧特性,提高能源利用效率。选取无烟煤和水葫芦为研究对象,研究其烟气排放特性,研究了燃烧温度、混合比例对SO_(2)和NO_(x)的释放影响,在此基础上设计响应面试验并行参数优化。结果表明,不同掺混比例的混合物料中水葫芦的比例越高,SO_(2)和NO_(x)的排放量越低,其中物料比例为5/5时SO_(2)的释放量最低,物料比例为4/6时NO_(x)的释放量最低。不同温度下燃烧时,SO_(2)和NO_(x)的总释放量在900℃最高。影响SO_(2)和NO_(x)释放量的主次因素顺序为:物料比例>温度,SO_(2)和NO_(x)释放量最低的因素水平组合:物料比例1.037,温度为725.72℃。为实现水生生物质与煤的优化耦合燃烧提供了一定的实践价值,具有指导意义。As a common aquatic substance,water hyacinth shows good combustion characteristics.Mixed combustion of water hyacinth and coal can complement each other′s advantages,improve its combustion characteristics and improve energy efficiency.Pulverized anthracite and water hyacinth were selected as the research objects to study their flue gas emission characteristics,and the effects of combustion temperature and mixing ratio on the release of SO_(2) and NO_(x) were studied.On this basis,the parallel parameter optimization of response surface test was designed.The results showed that the higher the proportion of water hyacinth in different blending ratio,the lower the emission of SO_(2) and NO_(x),in which the release of SO_(2) was the lowest when the material ratio was 5/5,and that of NO_(x) was the lowest when the material ratio was 4/6.When burning at different temperatures,the total release of SO_(2) and NO_(x) was the highest at 900℃.The order of primary and secondary factors affecting the release of SO_(2) and NO_(x) was material ratio>temperature,and the horizontal combination of SO_(2) and NO_(x) release was 1.037 and the temperature was 725.72℃.This paper provides a certain practical value and guiding significance for realizing the optimal coupling combustion of aquatic biomass and coal.
