基于变频技术的煤矿带式输送机节能控制系统研究

摘　　要：在对煤矿带式输送机主要结构及其工作原理进行概述的基础上,基于先进的变频调速技术对设备的控制系统进行了设计。系统主要由传感器、变频器、PLC控制器、上位机等部分构成。利用电子胶带秤和速度传感器分别对煤流量和胶带速度进行检测,利用控制器分析两者之间的匹配性,进而控制变频器的输出频率,达到对电机输出转速进行控制的效果。PLC控制器、变频器、电子胶带秤和速度传感器型号分别为S7-1200、6ES71、ICS-ST和GSC4。基于模块化思想对软件程序进行设计,对关键子程序进行了分析。将系统应用到工程实践中,发现达到了预期效果,产生了很好的经济效益,每年可以节省的电费和设备维护费用分别为70.2万元和14.6万元。On the basis of an overview of the main structure and working principle of the coal mine belt conveyor,the control system of the equipment is designed based on the advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology.The system is mainly composed of sensors,frequency converters,PLC controllers,upper computer and other parts.The coal flow rate and the belt speed are detected by the electronic belt scale and the speed sensor respectively,and the matching between the two is analyzed by the controller,and then the output frequency of the inverter is controlled to achieve the effect of controlling the output speed of the motor.The models of PLC controller,frequency converter,electronic belt scale and speed sensor are S7-1200,6ES71,ICS-ST and GSC4 respectively.The software program is designed based on the idea of modularization,and the key subprograms are analyzed.Applying the system to engineering practice,it is found that the expected effect has been achieved,and good economic benefits have been produced.The annual electricity and equipment maintenance costs that can be saved are 702000 yuan and 146000 yuan,respectively.
