摘 要:中部槽是井下煤炭运输的主要载体和关键设备,针对中部槽在井下复杂工况下服役的失效行为,利用等离子熔覆耐磨强化技术在中部槽易失效部位熔覆Fe-Cr-C强化层,对中部槽表面等离子熔覆强化层的耐磨性、表面宏观硬度等性能进行试验分析,结果表明,经等离子熔覆技术强化的中部槽表面熔覆层的强度、硬度及耐磨性提高显著,等离子熔覆强化层的硬度可达HRC61.2,表面硬度提高1.64倍,耐磨性提高9.31倍,中部槽整体使用强化效果突出,井下实际使用寿命延长明显,经济效益和社会效益显著。The middle groove is the main carrier and key equipment for underground coal transportation.In response to the failure behavior of the middle groove under complex working conditions underground,plasma cladding wear resistant strengthening technology is used to coat Fe-Cr-C strengthening layers on the easily failed parts of the middle groove.Experimental analysis is conducted on the wear resistance,surface macroscopic hardness of the plasma cladding strengthening layer on the surface of the middle groove.The results show that the strength,hardness,and wear resistance of the surface cladding layer of the middle groove strengthened by plasma cladding technology have significantly improved.The hardness of the plasma cladding strengthening layer can reach HRC61.2,the surface hardness can be increased by 1.64 times,and the wear resistance can be increased by 9.31 times.The overall strengthening effect of the middle groove is outstanding,and the actual service life of the underground is significantly extended,with significant economic and social benefits.
