摘 要:针对传统的单斗卡车工艺开采露天煤矿坑底薄煤层成本高的技术难题,采用技术条件和经济效益的方法,提出了采用1台机械铲站立于煤层顶板外的剥离平台上完成倒堆作业,1台小型机械铲站立在煤层顶板完成煤层回采作业,卡车完成煤炭运输。建立了倒堆作业参数优化模型和机械铲斗容的计算公式,并以安家岭露天煤矿为实例进行研究。结果表明,机械铲的最大卸载高度,最大挖掘半径和卸载半径,以及卡车最小转弯半径是限制机械铲倒堆工艺应用的关键因素;现有机械铲和卡车设备倒堆作业的极限剥离物厚度是8 m,煤岩总厚度是11 m;安家岭矿的倒堆率为68.8%,经济上减少了卡车平均运距128.5 m,经济效益显著。该研究为露天煤矿坑底薄煤层的开采提供了一种新方法,为倒堆工艺的发展提供了新思路。In response to the high cost of traditional single bucket truck technology in mining thin coal seams at the bottom of open-pit coal mines,adopting technical conditions and economic benefits,it was proposed to use a mechanical shovel standing on a stripping platform outside the coal seam roof to complete the stacking operation,a small mechanical shovel standing on the coal seam roof to complete the coal seam extraction operation,and a truck to complete the coal transportation.We have established an optimization model for stacking operation parameters and a calculation formula for mechanical bucket capacity,and conducted research using Anjialing open-pit coal mine as an example.The results indicate that the maximum unloading height,maximum excavation radius,unloading radius,and minimum turning radius of trucks are key factors limiting the application of mechanical shovel stacking technology;the maximum stripping thickness for the existing mechanical shovel and truck equipment stacking operation is 8 meters,and the total thickness of coal and rock is 11 meters;the stacking rate of Anjialing open-pit coal mine is 68.8%,which economically reduces the average truck distance by 128.5 meters and has significant economic benefits.This study provides a new method for the mining of thin coal seams at the bottom of open-pit coal mines,and provides new ideas for the development of reverse stacking technology.
