摘  要:为保证200 m以上超大跨度预应力拉索的张弦桁架形式结构封闭煤场的建设质量和施工安全,以国内某2×1000 MW机组火力发电厂超大跨度封闭煤场为例,详细描述了超大跨度封闭式煤场预应力张弦桁架施工的技术细节及具体施工步骤、预应力设备选用、锁具安装及张拉控制细节。对张拉的各种受力工况进行了详细的施工模拟有限元数值分析。在张拉预应力施工过程中进行监测,做到仿真分析过程数据与现场施工控制的数据趋于一致,保证现场施工预应力张弦桁架的安全、准确、受力合理。实际张拉控制的竖向位移和张拉控制力,与张拉施工模拟分析时的竖向位移和张拉轴力数据一致性较高(最大相对误差分别为1.78%和0.15%),施工完成后的应力与设计要求基本吻合,可为超大跨度预应力张弦桁架结构的封闭煤场施工提供参考。In order to ensure the construction quality and safety of the closed coal yard with tension string truss structure of super large prestressed cable above 200 m,taking the closed coal yard with super long span of the 2×1000 MW unit thermal power plant as an example.The technicality and specific construction steps,selec-tion of prestressed equipment,lock installation and tension control details of the construction of super large span closed coal yard prestressed tension string truss are described in detail.The construction simulation with finite element numerical analysis is carried out in detail for all kinds of tension working conditions.The process of con-struction tensioning prestress is monitored,so that the data of computer numerical analysis process and the data of site construction control tend to be consistent.To ensure the safety,accuracy and reasonable force of the field construction pre-stressed truss string.The vertical displacement and tension control force of the actual tension control are very close to the vertical displacement and tension axial force data in the simulation analysis of the tensioning construction(the maximum relative error is 1.78%and 0.15%respectively),and the stress after the construction is basically consistent with the design requirements.It can be used for reference in the construc-tion of closed coal yard of super-long span pre-stressed truss string structure.
