摘 要:以泉港某厂房改造项目为前景,着重分析在已建厂房进行抽柱对结构所造成的影响,提出加固改造方案,通过3D3S软件分析结构的强度及变形,并采用有限元分析软件SAP2000进行施工过程分阶段模拟,并对施工工序进行设计。本项目现场已施工完成,外观效果良好,结构监测安全。实践证明,该结构加固方式能够满足变形控制要求,结构可满足强度及稳定性要求,并充分考虑了结构安全性与施工可行性,对此类结构改造项目具有一定的参考价值与借鉴作用。Taking the renovation project of a factory building in Quangang as the prospect,this paper focuses on analyzing the impact of column extraction on the structure of the existing factory building,proposes a reinforcement and renovation plan,analyzes the strength and deformation of the structure using 3D3S software,and uses finite element analysis software SAP2000 to simulate the construction process in stages,and designs the construction process.The construction of this project site has been completed,with good appearance and safe structural monitoring.Practice has proven that this structural reinforcement method can meet the requirements of deformation control,strength and stability,and fully considers the safety and construction feasibility of the structure.It has certain reference value and reference value for such structural renovation projects.
