摘 要:粮食平房仓库采用钢筋混凝土排架结构,纵横墙和排架结构共同受力,粮食荷载对仓壁的作用包括作用于仓壁的水平压力和竖向摩檫力,水平压力通过墙体和圈梁的组合体系,按一定的传力模式最终传到排架结构上。为此,探究分析粮食平房仓库的结构设计原理及注意点,并以实际工程为例,梳理分析墙体、排架体系、基础受荷情况及计算简图,以及屋盖双层板体系的合理选择和上层采用装配式预制板的优势。分析结果,对粮食平房仓库项目结构设计具有一定的参考和指导意义。The grain bungalow warehouse adopts a reinforced concrete bent structure,where the vertical and horizontal walls and the bent structure are jointly subjected to force.The effect of grain load on the warehouse wall includes horizontal pressure and vertical friction force acting on the warehouse wall.The horizontal pressure is transmitted to the bent structure through a combination system of walls and ring beams according to a certain force transmission mode.To this end,explore and analyze the structural design principles and precautions of grain bungalow warehouses,and take practical engineering as an example to sort out and analyze the load conditions and calculation diagrams of walls,bent frame systems,foundations,as well as the reasonable selection of double layer roof panel systems and the advantages of using prefabricated panels in the upper layer.The analysis results have certain reference and guiding significance for the structural design of grain bungalow warehouses.
