摘 要:承受较大风荷载的隔震结构可能存在减震效果和隔震层抗风难以协调的问题。新颁布的《建筑隔震设计标准》(GB/T51408-2021)规定,隔震层可以增设抗风装置以抵抗风荷载。该抗风装置要求在较小变形时即失效,不影响地震作用下隔震支座的使用功能,以实现预期的减震目标。通过文献的搜集和整理,分析抗风装置的设计原理和国内外隔震结构中抗风装置的主要形式及工程应用,从而指出,抗风装置形式多样,但实际工程应用较少,有效性缺乏试验数据的验证与支持。应进一步完善各类抗风装置的材料及工作性能研究,开展增设抗风装置隔震结构的风洞试验和模拟振动台试验研究,在此基础上,提出增设抗风装置隔震层优化布置设计建议,为工程应用提供理论基础与技术支撑。The isolation structure subjected to high wind load may have the problem that the damping effect and the isolation layer's wind resistance are difficult to coordinate.According to China’s“Standard for seismic isolation design of building”(GB/T51408-2021),the isolation layer can be added with anti-wind devices to resist the wind load.The anti-wind device is required to fail when the deformation is small,which will not affect the use function of the base-isolated bearing under the seismic action,and achieve the expected damping target.The design principle of wind resistant devices is analyzed through the collection and collation of documents,and the main forms and engineering application of wind resistant devices in seismic isolation structures at home and abroad are introduced.It is pointed out that at present,the engineering application of wind-resistant bearing is less,and the analysis of its effectiveness lacks the support and verification of test data.It is pointed out that there are various forms of wind resistance devices at present,but there are few practical engineering applications,and the analysis of their effectiveness lacks the support and verification of test data.In the future,we can further improve the research on the materials and working performance of various types of wind-resistant bearings,carry out wind tunnel test and simulated shaking table test research on the structure with anti-wind device,and put forward suggestions on the optimal layout design of the isolation layer with additional anti-wind device,providing theoretical basis and technical support for its engineering application.
