预制预应力免模少撑楼盖体系在“一带一路”工程中的应用

摘　　要：由中国武夷承建的肯尼亚中央银行社保基金大楼,是非洲地区首个采用中国自主知识产权装配式技术建造的超高层办公建筑。由于建筑造型的原因,该项目各层建筑平面均不相同,给预制方案的确定带来很大的困难。设计团队综合运用预制预应力空心楼板、槽型预制梁、叠合楼板等预制构件,实现了预制楼盖的免模少撑。同时,在建造中,全过程应用了智能建造技术。本项目的成功实施,获得了肯尼亚政府的高度评价。The Central Bank of Kenya Pension Tower,constructed by China Wuyi,is the first super high-rise office building in Africa built with China's own intellectual property precast technology.Due to the shape of the building,the architectural plans of each floor of the tower were different,which brings great difficulties to the determination of the prefabrication scheme.The design team made comprehensive use of prefabricated components such as prefabricated prestressed hollow core floor slabs,slotted prefabricated beams and concrete precast slab with lattice girders to achieve a prefabricated floor with formwork-free and less-scaffolding.At the same time,intelligent construction technology was applied throughout the construction process.The successful implementation of this project was highly evaluated by the Kenya government.
