摘 要:板厚是现浇混凝土楼板质量的关键参数。相关规范虽然对板厚的抽样数量、检测方法和判定规则方面作出了详细的规定,但未考虑部分测点的板厚偏差值和部分板的板厚平均值超限较多的情况。这就导致单块板厚和批次板厚虽然判定合格,但是有概率出现板厚超限较多的测点或楼板,对结构安全不利。因此,建立符合工程实际的模型示例,分析《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50204-2015)在板厚判定方面的不足之处,并提出单块板厚检测方法和判定规则、批次板厚判定规则的新方法,以供相关专业人员参考。Slab thickness was a key parameter for the quality of cast-in-situ concrete slab.Although the sampling quantity,testing methods and judgment rules of slab thickness were detailed maked in the relevant specifications.However,the situation that the slab thickness deviation value of some test points and the average thickness of some slabs exceed the limit more were not considered.As a result,although single slab thickness and batch slab thickness were qualified,some test points or slabs with more exceeding the limit had probability of occurrence,which was detrimental to the structural safety.In this paper,an example of model conforming to engineering practice was established,and the shortcomings of the code for quality acceptance of concrete structure construction(GB 50204-2015)in the evaluation of slab thickness were analyzed.The test method and judgment rule of single slab thickness and the evaluation rule of batch slab thickness were put forward,which could be used as a reference for relevant professionals to reference.
