摘  要:针对铁铝酸盐水泥快硬、低收缩与高耐蚀特性,结合结构工程对铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土的需求,采用缓凝型聚羧酸减水剂制备C45铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土,并探索其力学性能与耐久性能。结果表明,C45铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土拌合物性能良好,出机坍落度215mm,90min损失仅为10mm,凝结时间可保证施工。28d抗压强度达到C50强度等级,84d电通量低至169C,28d开裂指数35%,耐久性能优于普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土。Aiming at the characteristics of rapid hardening,low shrinkage and high corrosion resistance of ferroaluminate cement,combined with the demand of structural engineering for ferroaluminate cement concrete,C45 ferroaluminate cement concrete is prepared by using set-retarding polycarboxylate superplasticizer,and its mechanical properties and durability are explored.The results show that the performance of C45 ferroaluminate cement concrete mixture is good,the slump is 215mm,the slump loss of 90min is only 10mm,and the setting time can ensure the construction.The 28-day compressive strength reaches C50 strength grade,the 84-day electric flux is as low as 169C,the 28-day cracking index is 35%,and the durability is better than that of ordinary Portland cement concrete.
