摘　　要：近年来,由于新冠疫情和地方管控等导致的证书暂停,以及部分北方地区受季节气候变化造成的审查任务延迟,对CCC认证检验工作带来了大范围的认证周期延长等影响。同时,在“双随机、一公开”新型监管机制的推行下,对认证机构开展认证活动的合规性、有效性和时效性提出了新问题和新挑战。本文结合建筑安全玻璃行业企业总量多、中小规模企业占比大、企业分布区域广等特点,充分发挥资源整合优势,探索了一套建筑安全玻璃CCC认证全过程区域优化管理模式。In recent years,the suspension of certification due to COVID-19 and local control,as well as the delay of review mission in northern regions due to seasonal climate change,have some impacts on the work of CCC,such as extension of certification cycle.At the same time,with the implementation of new regulatory mechanism,new issues and challenges are put forward to the conformity,validity and timeliness of the certification activities carried out by certification bodies.Combined with the characteristics of construction safety glass industry,such as large number of enterprises,large proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises and wide distribution of enterprises,this paper utilizes the advantages of resource integration and explores a set of regional optimized management models for the CCC entire process of construction safety glass.
