摘　　要：【目的/意义】新兴经济体企业打破由发达国家企业主导的国际分工,并引致全球价值链(Global Value Chains,GVC)发生结构性变化是全球经济的新现象,被学界定义为重构GVC。相关研究目前仍处于起步阶段,关于重构GVC的前因、路径和绩效等问题尚未得到探讨。【设计/方法】研究采用定性比较分析的方法对我国65家制造业企业重构GVC的过程及结果进行剖析,最终提炼出中国企业重构GVC的路径模型。【结论/发现】第一,研发能力是推动我国制造业企业重构GVC最关键的企业能力;第二,重构GVC是企业多种能力综合竞争的结果;第三,通过技术创新升级成为技术主导者是目前我国制造业企业重构GVC最主要的路径。研究结论不仅丰富了企业能力、企业创新和全球价值链领域的研究,同时也为正在探索打破GVC上旗舰企业治理格局的新兴经济体企业的升级发展提供参考与启示。[Purpose/Significance]Reconstructing GVC,a structural change in Global Value Chains(GVC)caused by the breaking of globalization,is a recent developed phenomenon in the global economy.Relevant research is still in its infancy with limited discussions on the antecedents,pathways,and performance of reconstructing GVC.[Design/Methodology]By deploying qualitative comparative analysis on paths and results of reconstructing GVC among 65 manufacturing enterprises in China,this research refined the paths model of Chinese enterprises reconstructing GVC.Firstly,the capability of R&D is the most important element to promote Chinese manufacturing enterprises to reconstruct GVC.[Conclusions/Findings]Further more,reconstructing GVC is the result of comprehensive competition of enterprise’s various capabilities.At last,to become the technical leader of GVC through technological innovation is the main path for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to reconstruct GVC.Above conclusions not only enrich the study in the field of enterprise capability,enterprise innovation and Global Value Chains,but also provide reference and enlightenment for the upgrading of manufacturing enterprises in emerging economies that are exploring to break the governance pattern of flagship enterprises in GVC.
