摘 要:通过分析盾尾应力和形变云的方法,结合实际案例,利用ANSYS系统建立盾尾荷载力学模型,采用有限元建模和解析方法对盾尾立体结构进行仿真计算,计算实际案例中各项荷载对盾尾结构的不同影响,推导出盾尾内外应力负载,对其伸缩形变做量化分析。结果表明,在案例工况条件下,盾尾的应力云图和收敛参数十分清晰,能有效剖析盾尾圆度等效应力云和总变形云,从而检验盾尾强度是否符合要求。By analyzing the stress and deformation cloud of the shield tail,combined with the actual case,the mechanical model of the shield tail load was established by using ANSYS system,and the three-dimensional structure of the shield tail was simulated by using finite element modeling and analytic method.The different influences of various loads on the shield tail structure in the actual case were calculated,and the internal and external stress load of the shield tail was deduced,and the expansion and deformation of the shield tail was quantitatively analyzed.The results show that under the case conditions,the stress nephogram and convergence parameters of the shield tail are very clear,which can effectively analyze the equivalent stress cloud and total deformation cloud of the shield tail roundness,so as to check whether the shield tail strengthmeets therequirements.
