摘　　要：简要介绍了EPC工程总承包模式的概念、重要性和特点,分别阐述EPC工程总承包模式下工程设计过程管理和施工过程管理过程中的重点与难点,并提出优化对策,提升建筑企业的管理水平。This paper briefly introduces the concept,importance and characteristics of EPC project general contracting mode,expounds the key points and difficulties in the engineering design process management and construction process management under EPC project general contracting mode,and puts forward optimization counter measures to improve the management level of construction enterprises.
