摘　　要：天然芪类化合物广泛分布在自然界,并且具有多种生物活性,尤其在抗氧化、抑菌和抗病毒等方面。因此优化天然芪类化合物的制备和鉴定工艺,并研究其生物活性对天然芪类化合物的开发利用具有重要理论价值和现实意义。本文综述了近年来国内外关于天然芪类化合物的制备和鉴定技术以及生物活性方面的研究现状,为天然芪类化合物的进一步研究和开发应用提供理论参考。Natural stilbene compounds are widely distributed in nature,and have a variety of biological activities,especially in antioxidant,antibacterial and antiviral aspects.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to optimize the preparation and identification of nat-ural stilbene compounds and study their biological activities.In this paper,the preparation,identification and bioactivity of natural stilbene compounds at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed,which provided theoretical reference for further research and application of natural stilbenes.
