摘 要:本文以剩余污泥为研究对象,采用热碱预处理促进污泥中氮磷的溶出,考察温度和pH对氮磷溶出量的影响,利用鸟粪石结晶法对剩余污泥上清液进行回收。结果表明:随着pH和温度的升高,磷浓度大幅度提高,氨氮浓度呈现先增加后下降的趋势。最适宜的预处理条件为55℃、pH=10。鸟粪石回收的最佳pH为9.5、Mg/P摩尔比为1.6:1,最佳回收率为95.87%。对回收产物进行表征,证明沉淀物主要成分为鸟粪石。In this study,the effect of temperature and pH on the leaching of nitrogen and phosphorus was investigated by using thermal-alkaline pretreatment to promote the leaching of nitrogen and phosphorus from waste activated sludge,and the phosphorus recovery from the supernatant of waste activated sludge was carried out by using struvite crystallization method.The results showed that the phosphorus concentration increased significantly with increasing pH and temperature,while the ammonia nitrogen concentration showed an increasing trend followed by a decreasing trend.The optimum pretreatment conditions were 55℃and pH=10.The optimum pH for struvite recovery was 9.5,the Mg/P molar ratio was 1.6:1 and the optimum recovery rate was 95.87%.The recovered product demonstrated that the main component of the precipitate was struvite.
