费托合成浆态床反应器过滤工艺和工业实践

摘　　要：过滤系统是费托合成浆态床反应器的重要组成部分,对浆态床床层液位控制和反应器稳定运行有重要影响。本文总结了浆态床反应器的过滤工艺,讨论了滤芯规格、过滤压差、固体粒、固含率等对过滤分离效率的影响。针对工业规模浆态床反应器中由于催化剂磨损产生细粉造成滤芯堵塞的问题,详细分析了过滤受阻问题的特点和解决方法。The filtration system is an important part of slurry bubble column reactor for Fischer Tropsch synthsis.It has an important impact on the slurry bed level control and the stable operation of the reactor.In this paper,the common filtration processes are summarized,and the effects of filter specifications,filtration pressure difference,solid particles,solid content on filtration and separation efficiency are discussed.For the filter blockage problem caused by fine powder due to catalyst erosion in industrial scale reactor,the characteristics of the filter blockage problems and the solution are analyzed in detail.
