摘 要:用黄铁矿-硫酸还原浸出软锰矿过程中存在锰浸出率低、硫转化不完全等问题,本研究将微波-刚柔组合桨作为强化手段应用于软锰矿的还原浸出过程,结果表明:在反应温度90℃,硫酸浓度1.5mol/L、黄铁矿与软锰矿质量比0.2、液固比10、微波功率550W、搅拌速率250r/min条件下反应180min,浸出率可达到91.64%。该工艺可以有效减少反应中硫单质的生成,提高浸出效率。In the process of reduction leaching pyrolusite by pyrite and sulfuric acid,there are problems such as low manganese leaching rate and incomplete sulfur conversion.In this paper,microwave-rigid and flexible combined impeller was applied to enhance reduction leaching process of pyrolusite.The results show that under the conditions of reaction temperature is 90℃,sulfuric acid concentration is 1.5 mol/L,mass ratio of pyrite to pyrolusite is 0.2,liquid-solid ratio is 10,microwave power is 550 W and stirring rate is 250 r/min for 180 min,the leaching rate of manganese in pyrolusite reaches 91.64%.The process can effectively reduce the formation of sulfur in the reaction and improve the leaching efficiency.
