摘  要:以二异丁烯和N-苯基-α-萘胺为原料,以三氟甲磺酸为催化剂进行烷基化反应,合成N-辛基苯基-α-萘胺,经红外光谱进行表征,加入酯类基础油中腐蚀试验,证实与进口抗氧剂结构相同,抗氧化性能一致,该工艺原料易得,操作简单,收率较高,产品纯度高,适合工业化生产。N-octylphenyl-α-naphthylamine was synthesized by alkylation reaction using diisobutylene and N-phenyl-α-naphthylamine as raw materials and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid as catalyst.It was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and added to ester base oil for corrosion test.It was confirmed that the structure of the process is the same as that of imported antioxidants,and its oxidation resistance is consistent.The raw materials are easily available,the operation is simple,the yield is high,and the product purity is high,making it suitable for industrial production.
