探析体育专业大学生无氧运动训练过程中的心率变异性  

Exploration of the Heart Rate Variability of College Students Majoring in Physical Education during Anaerobic Exercise Training

摘  要:为了解无氧运动训练对体育专业大学生心率变异性的影响,该文选取50名男女体育专业大学生为研究对象,对其进行无氧运动训练与测试,采集各研究对象无氧运动测试过程中的心率变异性指标参数值,包括时域指标SDNN、PNN50,频域指标HF、LF与非线性指标SD1、SD2,并对各指标值进行统计分析。结果显示:(1)运动强度相同时,研究对象运动前后PNN50指标与LF指标明显下降;而SDNN指标与HF指标变化不存在统计学意义;(2)运动强度不同时,研究对象运动前后PNN50指标与HF指标均随运动强度的提升而下降,在统计学上分别具有非常显著性差异和显著性差异;(3)无氧运动前后,男女组的SD1指标与SD2指标在统计学上均具有非常显著性差异,且运动后,男生组与女生组之间也具有非常显著性差异。In order to understand the impact of anaerobic exercise training on the heart rate variability of college students majoring in physical education,50 male and female college students majoring in physical education were selected as research subjects for anaerobic exercise training and testing,the parameter values of the heart rate variability index of each research object during anaerobic exercise testing were collected,including time-domain indicators SDNN and PNN50,frequency-domain indicators HF and LF,and nonlinear indicators SD1 and SD2,and statistical analysis was conducted for the values of each index.Results showed below.(1)When exercise intensity was the same,the PNN50 index and LF index of research subjects decreased significantly before and after exercise,and there was no statistically significant change between SDNN and HF indicators.(2)When exercise intensity was different,the PNN50 index and HF index of research subjects decreased with the increase of exercise intensity before and after exercise,and there were very significant differences and significant differences in statistics,respectively.(3)Before and after anaerobic exercise,there were statistically significant differences between SD1 and SD2 indicators in male and female groups,and there were also very significant difference between male and female groups after exercise.
