HIIT,as an efficient training way,has become a research hotspot for researchers in recent years. However,in the clinical application, the application of HIIT in prognostic chronic disease interventions still has issues of safety, scientificity and applicability.By combing the status of HIIT intervening in chronic diseases and analyzing the feasibility and safety of applying HIIT to the rehabilitation of chronic diseases in combination with literature, following conclusion are drawn.(1)HIIT can significantly improve cardiorespiratory endurance, improve VO_(2)max,effectively improve body composition, enhance cardiopulmonary fitness and insulin sensitivity of patients with chronic diseases, and it has an overall benign impact on the intervention of chronic diseases.(2)The applicable population standards are divided according to the severity of chronic diseases, the intensity of HIIT is reasonably arranged according to VO_(2)peak,HRR,HRmax and RPE,and the use of drugs and home interventions for adjuvant treatment can effectively reduce the risk of the clinical application of HIIT.(3)At present, the mechanism of the relevant role of HIIT is unclear, and further research is needed.
