多样化反馈模式在大学篮球教学中的实践及效果分析

摘　　要：多样化反馈模式是在建立和谐师生关系的基础上,通过多种反馈途径的使用,促使教师和学生之间实现充分的沟通交流,有效规避教学盲区,强化教学工作落实,提高教学效率和教学质量。多样化反馈模式在大学篮球教学中的应用能有效改进以往单一的教学模式,实现教师和学生的全面互动,及时改进教学工作,对提高高校学生体育素养有着非常重要的现实意义。该文立足多样化反馈模式在大学篮球教学应用的必要性,深入探究实际教学中存在的问题,以此提出相应的优化改进建议,旨在为实际教学工作的创新提供一定的借鉴。The diversified feedback mode is based on the harmonious establishment of the relationship between teachers and students,and uses a variety of feedback ways to promote the full communication between teachers and students,effectively avoid teaching blind areas,strengthen the implementation of teaching work,improve teaching efficiency,and enhance teaching quality.The application of the diversified feedback mode in university basketball teaching can effectively improve the previous single teaching mode,realize the comprehensive interaction between teachers and students,and timely improve teaching work,which has a very important practical significance for improving college students'physical literacy.In this paper,the author is based on the necessity of applying the diversified feedback mode in college basketball teaching,deeply explores the problems existing in actual teaching,and puts forward corresponding optimization and improvement suggestions,aiming to play a certain reference role for the innovation of actual teaching work.
