新时代我国群众手球运动发展困境与对策

摘　　要：为了促进群众手球运动高质量发展,该文依托文献法和访谈法,针对群众手球运动的发展历程进行简要回顾,发现区域发展失衡、场地设施缺乏、人才梯队匮乏等困境阻碍了其高质量发展。基于此,该文提出群众手球运动需要依托政策和法规激发群众参与度,提升人口增量;借助社会力量参与赛事的组织和管理,提升赛事产业的发展;借助体教融合理念,加速人才梯队的建设和培养;借助新媒体加速手球运动的科普和教学,加大赛事的宣传和推广,使国民充分认识手球运动并积极参与其中,促进群众手球运动高质量发展,最终夯实全面健身计划,有效推进体育强国建设。In order to promote the high-quality development of mass handball,this article relies on the literature method and interview method to briefly review the development process of mass handball,and finds that the dilemmas such as the unbalanced regional development,lack of venues and facilities and lack of talent echelons hinder its high-quality development.Based on this,this paper puts forward the countermeasures that mass handball needs to increase population growth by relying on policies and regulations to stimulate public participation,enhance the development of the event industry with the help of social forces participating in the organization and governance of events,accelerate the construction and cultivation of talent echelons with the help of the concept of the integration of sports and education,and accelerate the popularization and teaching of handball and increase the publicity and promotion of events with the help of new media,so as to enable national people to fully understand handball and actively participate in it,promote the high-quality development of mass handball,ultimately consolidate the comprehensive fitness plan,and effectively promote the construction of a leading sporting nation.
