摘　　要：为振兴“三大球”,助力体育强国建设,促进广州排球后备人才力量的培养,推动广州市中学排球运动的健康发展,以广州市中学校园排球为研究对象,细致梳理广州排球运动发展的历史及中学校园排球开展的现状,深入剖析“三大球”振兴背景下,广州市中学校园排球发展的困境,结合实际,提出增强领导重视,加强政策引领;改革排球中考标准,引导更多学生参与;完善排球硬件设施,满足运动开展需求;提升排球师资力量,加强专业师资培养;完善赛事活动体系,提升校园排球影响力五大发展路径,以期为广州校园排球改革发展提供理论参考。In order to revitalize"three big balls",help build a leading sporting nation,promote the cultivation of reserve talents for volleyball in Guangzhou,and promote the healthy development of volleyball in middles schools in Guangzhou,this paper takes campus volleyball in middle schools in Guangzhou as the research object,carefully combs the history of the development of volleyball and the present situation of the development of campus volleyball in middle schools in Guangzhou,deeply analyzes the predicaments of the development of campus volleyball in middle schools in Guangzhou in the context of the revitalization of"three big balls",and combined with the actual situation,puts forward five development paths of enhancing leaders'attention to strengthen the guidance of policies,reforming the standards of senior high school entrance examination in volleyball to guide more students to participate in it,improving volleyball hardware facilities to meet the needs of sports development,improving volleyball teachers and strengthening the training of professional teachers,and improving the event system and enhancing the influence of campus volleyball,in order to provide theoretical reference for the reform and development of campus volleyball in Guangzhou.
