摘　　要：着眼于新时代体育领域内的不平衡不充分发展问题,该文着重就农村老年人这一弱势群体的健康问题进行了研究。通过PPS抽样、发放问卷,从身体活动能力、生理功能、心理健康和社会健康4个维度分析影响农村老年人健康生活的主要因素。通过回归分析发现,身体活动能力和生理功能是影响健康的主要因素,并提出了千方百计促进农村老年人的身体健康;加大医疗、养老、低保、扶贫、健康等兜底等惠民政策的力度;创新乡村老年体育治理模式等策略,以促进农村老年人健康。This paper looks at the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development in the field of sports in the new era,and focuses on studying the health problems of the elderly in rural areas,a vulnerable group.It analyzes the main factors affecting the healthy life of the elderly in rural areas from four dimensions:the physical activity ability,physiological function,mental health and social health through PPS sampling and questionnaires,and finds that the physical activity ability and physiological function are the main factors affecting health through regression analysis.It proposes the strategies of doing everything possible to promote the physical health of the elderly in rural areas,increasing the intensity of policies that benefit the people,such as medical care,elderly care,subsistence allowances,poverty alleviation and health care,and innovating the governance model of sports for the elderly in rural areas to promote the health of the elderly in rural areas.
