摘 要:以改性甲基铝氧烷为助催化剂,α-磺酸-β-二亚胺镍配合物为催化剂进行了乙烯聚合,考察了Al/Ni(摩尔比,下同)、聚合温度、乙烯压力对聚合性能以及聚乙烯微观结构的影响。结果表明:随着Al/Ni的增加,聚合活性先增加后降低,聚合物重均相对分子质量(M_(w))变化较小,且相对分子质量分布指数基本为1.1;随着聚合温度的升高,聚合活性和聚合物M_(w)先增大后减小,50℃时聚合活性达到最大值,80℃时聚合物M_(w)达到最大值;随着乙烯压力升高,聚合活性和聚合物M_(w)均增大;制得的聚乙烯主要含有甲基和长支链。With modified methylaluminoxane as cocatalyst,α-sulfonato-β-diimine nickel as catalysts for ethylene polymerization,effects of Al/Ni(mole ratio,similarly hereinafter),polymerization temperature and ethylene pressure on polymerization performance and polyethylene microstructure were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of Al/Ni,the polymerization activity were increased and then decreased.However,polymer relative molecular weight(M_(w))was essentially unchanged,and the molecular weight distribution index was always about 1.1.With the increase of polymerization temperature,the polymerization activity and M_(w) were increased and then decreased,reaching the maximum activity at 50℃and reaching the maximum M_(w) at 80℃.As the ethylene pressure increased,both the polymerization activity and M_(w) increased.The obtained polymers contained only methyl and long branch chains.
