摘  要:分别采用正己烷(方法1),四氯化钛及正己烷(方法2)对掺混聚乙烯催化剂进行了洗涤,考察了2种洗涤方法对掺混催化剂的物性及聚合性能的影响。结果表明:采用2种方法对催化剂洗涤,均可降低催化剂的钛质量分数及细粉含量,增加催化剂机械强度,提高催化剂的活性,同时,可使催化剂粒径分布更加集中,且洗涤方法2优于洗涤方法1。Two washing methods,using n-hexane(method 1),titanium tetrachloride and n-hexane(method 2),were employed to wash the blended polyethylene catalyst.The effects of two washing methods on the physical and polymerization properties of the blended catalyst were investigated.The results showed that two methods could decrease the titanium mass fraction and fines content of the catalyst,and enhance the mechanical strength and activity of the catalyst.Additionally,both methods could result in a more concentrated particle size distribution of the catalyst.Method 2 was superior to method 1 in terms of its washing efficacy.
