摘  要:对中国石油玉门油田公司炼油化工总厂甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)含硫量高的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明:原料组成和MTBE降硫塔操作工艺对MTBE含硫量有很大影响;通过采取降低原料含硫量,降低液态烃碳五及以上组分体积分数,延长液态烃在预碱洗罐内反应时间,增加碱液循环比,优化MTBE降硫塔操作等措施,MTBE含硫量由21.98μg/g降至14.28μg/g。The reasons for the high sulfur content of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)in Refining and Chemical Plant of Yumen Oilfield Company,PetroChina,were analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.The results showed that the sulfur content of MTBE was greatly affected by the composition of raw materials and the operation process of the MTBE desulphurization tower.The sulfur content of MTBE was reduced from 21.98μg/g to 14.28μg/g by adopting measures including reducing the sulfur content of raw materials,reducing the volume fraction of C≥5 component of liquid hydrocarbons,prolonging the reaction time of liquid hydrocarbons in the pre-alkali washing tank,increasing the alkali circulation ratio,and optimizing the operation of MTBE desulphurization tower.
