摘 要:随着《民法典》的颁布实施,民法学教学改革不仅要适应当代中国社会发展和中国民事法治实践发展,还必须顺应中国民法学知识体系科学化发展的整体趋势。民法典时代民法学教学面临的挑战主要有深奥庞杂的民法学理论与民法学教学体系的衔接问题,民法学课程体系与民法典制度规则体系的协调问题,民法学传统教学方式与丰富的民法典宣讲资源对接问题等。基于此,应从反思民法学的教学目标、教学内容、教学方式等方面入手,更新民法学课程的使命担当,提升民法学课程的实践品格,重构民法学课程的结构体系,扩充民法学课程的容量体量,优化民法学课程的课堂氛围。With the promulgation and implementation of the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China,the teaching reform of civil law must not only adapt to the development of contemporary Chinese society and the practice of the rule of law in the domain of the civil matters in China,but also conform to the overall trend of the scientific development of China’s civil law knowledge system.The challenges faced by the teaching of civil law in the“era of the Chinese Civil Code”mainly include the connection between the profound and complex theory of civil law and its teaching system,the coordination between the curriculum system of civil law and the institutional system rules in the Civil Code,and the combination between the traditional teaching methods of civil law and the rich publicity resources of the Civil Code.Based on this,we should start from reflecting on the teaching objectives,contents and methods of civil law,update the mission and responsibility of this curriculum,improve its practical character,reconstruct its structural system,expand its capacity and volume,and optimize its classroom atmosphere.
