基于现代大学制度的教授治学路径探究

摘　　要：教授治学是完善现代大学制度的应有之义,能够保障大学的本质属性、维护大学的学术自由、平衡学术和行政权力。基于现代大学制度的研究视角,针对我国高校教授治学能力不足、学术组织力量偏弱、学术权力相对式微等问题,结合高校教授治学的思想认识误区尚存、内部管理体制滞后、民主管理氛围欠佳、教授自身素养局限等制约因素,坚持以落实章程精神为前提、以建强教授队伍为基础、以健全管理机制为重点、以完善学术组织为载体,不断探索、深化我国高校教授治学的实践路径。It is necessary to improve the modern university system,which can protect the nature of the university,maintain academic freedom and balance academic and administrative power.Based on the research perspective of modern university system,it is found that there are some main problems in the academic governance of university professors in China,such as the lack of academic ability of professors,the weakness of academic organizations,and the relative decline of academic power.In view of these problems,combined with the serious ideological misunderstanding,the lag of internal management system,the lack of democratic management atmosphere,and the limitation of professors’own quality,we should adhere to the premise of implementing the university charter,strengthening the faculty,focusing on improving the management mechanism,and improving the academic organization,so as to continuously explore and deepen the practical path of professors’academic research in China’s colleges and universities.
