摘 要:解离是矿物分选回收的重要前提,矿物解离程度直接影响分选指标。磨矿作业是使矿物解离的主要环节,鉴于磨矿作业能耗与材料消耗较高,从磨矿机理层面对磨矿过程中的能耗、动力学、助磨剂、过程模拟进行了分析,并详细介绍了球磨机、搅拌磨、塔磨机、立磨机、高压辊磨机等磨矿设备的结构、工作原理和技术特点,以及磨矿介质和辅助磨矿技术,并简要阐述了磨矿过程控制技术。文章为进一步提高磨矿效率,降低磨矿能耗,促进矿产资源的综合开发和利用提供了参考,也为其他材料的解离研究提供了方法和借鉴。Liberation is an important prerequisite for mineral separation and recovery,and the degree of liberation has a direct bearing on mineral separation indices.Grinding is the key link in mineral liberation process.In view of the fact that grinding operation is high in consumption of energy and materials,an analysis is made in the paper of the grinding mechanisms,energy consumption and grinding aids used in grinding process,and grinding process simulation.Following a detailed description of the structures,working principles and technical features of the ball mill,stirring mill,tower mill,vertical mill and highpressure roll mill,as well as the grinding mediums and auxiliary grinding technologies applied in grinding process,a brief account of the grinding process control technologies currently available is presented.The study made provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of grinding efficiency,reduction of energy consumption,promotion of exploitation and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,and also provides the methods and reference for the study of liberation of other minerals.
