摘 要:导向筒作为重介质旋流器的主要零部件之一,直接影响到重介质旋流器整体寿命及分选效果。为保证选煤厂的连续生产运行,基于对导向筒入料(出料)口与圆筒体内切部位处传统内衬形式以及磨损情况的分析,找出传统结构的主要磨损点,通过数值模拟等手段,设计了一种新型内衬结构。研究表明,该新型内衬结构增强了导向筒入料(出料)口与圆筒体相切处内衬的耐磨强度,能提高旋流器的整体使用寿命,进而保证分选效果。As one of the main parts of heavy medium cyclone,the guide tube has great bearing on the service life of integral cyclone and it's separation performance.For ensuring continuous operation of the coal preparation plant,analysis is made on the pattern and mode of wear of the lining traditionally used at the inscribed point between the guide tube's inlet(outlet)and the cylindrical part of the cyclone,with an aim to define the main abrasive wearing points of the traditional lining structure.Based on analysis made,a novel-type lining structure is developed through numerical simulation.Study result indicates that the use of the lining with a novel structure can lead to higher wear-resistant capacity of the tangentially connected point of the guide tube and cylindrical part,longer service life and improved separation performance of H.M.cyclone.
