摘 要:为了系统性地筛选出高通量工程试验堆(HFETR)运行许可证延续(OLE)申请要求的老化管理审查(AMR)对象,确定HFETR的老化管理范围,对国际原子能机构(IAEA)和美国核管理委员会(NRC)的核电厂老化管理审查(AMR)的评估范围划定和对象筛选原则进行了分析,并基于研究堆老化管理的要求建立了HFETR的老化管理物项筛选原则。在操作过程中,借鉴美国核电执照更新(LR)的应用经验,对机械部件、电仪部件和构筑物分别建立了具体的筛选流程;在实施过程中采用物项分组方式,系统性筛选出了OLE申请要求的AMR对象,确定了HFETR的老化管理范围。文中描述的方法和应用过程可为我国研究堆在确定AMR范围时提供指导。In order to systematically screen out the aging management review(AMR) objects required by the application for Operating License Extension(OLE) of High Flux Engineering Test Reactor(HFETR) and determine the aging management scope of HFETR,the assessment scope delineation and object screening principles of the nuclear power plant AMR of the International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA) and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission(NRC) were analyzed,and the screening principles of HFETR aging management items based on the requirements of research reactor aging management was established.In the process of operation,drawing on the application experience of the US Nuclear Power License Renewal(LR),specific screening processes were established for mechanical components,electrical instrument components and structures.In the implementation process,the AMR objects required by OLE application were systematically screened out by grouping items,and the aging management scope of HFETR was determined.The method and application process described in this paper can provide guidance for the determination of aging management scope of research reactors in China.
