摘 要:为了获得热稳定性好、韧性高且附着力优异的酚醛环氧树脂,采用水热合成法合成了不同酚醛比的双酚A型酚醛树脂,利用环氧氯丙烷进行改性,并加入纳米二氧化硅制备得到纳米粒子增强型酚醛环氧树脂防腐涂层,并对涂层的热稳定性和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:新型酚醛环氧树脂与传统环氧树脂相比,具有更好的耐热性和力学性能,经过纳米改性后的涂层具有更好的腐蚀防护性能,当酚醛比为1∶1,纳米二氧化硅添加量为3%时,涂层的硬度达到5H,附着力达到1级,柔韧性达到1 mm,且在30 d浸泡实验后阻抗依旧在10^(8)Ω·cm^(2)以上。表明在酚醛环氧树脂中添加纳米二氧化硅可以改善涂层的机械性能和防腐性能,且最佳添加量为3%。To obtain phenolic epoxy resin with superior thermal stability,high toughness and exceptional adhesion,bisphenol A phenolic resins with varying phenol-formaldehyde ratios were synthesized via hydrothermal synthesis.The obtained resin was modified with epichlorohydrin and enhanced with nano silica to prepare a nanoparticle reinforced phenolic-epoxy anti-corrosion coating,and the thermal stability and mechanical properties were analyzed.The results showed that,the new phenolic epoxy resin had better heat resistance and mechanical properties compared to the traditional epoxy resin,and better corrosion protection performance was obtained after the nano-modification.When the phenol-formaldehyde ratio was 1∶1 and nano-silica addition was 3%,the hardness of the coating reached 5H,the adhesion reached 1 level,and no cracks generated in the bending test of the shaft bar with 1 mm diameter.After 30 days of immersion,the impedance was still above 10^(8)Ω·cm^(2),indicating that the addition nano silica in phenolic epoxy resin could improve the mechanical and anti-corrosion properties,and the optimal addition amount was 3%.
